Submit Free Listing Want to sell tickets?

Before you submit

  • Free listings are reviewed before publishing.
  • Please upload clear poster artwork if available.
  • Ticketed BuyMyTicket events should apply through the Organisers page.
  • Fake, incomplete or misleading listings may be rejected.

3. ApproveApproved events appear on What’s On.
4. DiscoverPeople browse by province, category and tags.

Free listings are reviewed before publishing. Approved events appear in the What's On discovery section.
Select tags that help visitors understand what your event offers.
Poster guidelines
  • Upload a clear event poster or square artwork.
  • Best sizes: 1080 x 1350px, 1080 x 1080px, or a clean portrait poster.
  • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG or WEBP.
  • Maximum file size: 5MB.
  • Avoid blurry screenshots, tiny unreadable text, and important details too close to the edges.
Your poster may be cropped on event cards, but the full image will show on the event details page.
Free listings do not create QR tickets. To sell paid tickets, use the Event Partner Portal.

Need to sell tickets instead?

Free listings are for discovery only. If you need online ticket sales, QR ticketing, promo links and gate scanning, apply as an event partner.
