Organisers may need access to limited attendee, order and ticket information to manage event entry, customer support, refund requests, guest lists, safety planning and event operations.

5. Payment information

BuyMyTicket may use third-party payment providers to process payments securely.

Ticket prices may include BuyMyTicket service, booking, platform or administrative fees. These fees are usually built into the ticket price displayed to the customer.

Payment information may be processed by secure third-party payment providers. BuyMyTicket does not intentionally store full card details.

6. Email, WhatsApp and communication

BuyMyTicket may contact you about ticket purchases, event confirmations, ticket delivery, event changes, refunds or cancellations, account activity, organiser applications, support queries and important service notices.

We may also send marketing or promotional communication where allowed by law or where you have consented. You may unsubscribe from marketing communication where applicable.

7. Free event listings

If you submit a free event listing, information such as the event name, description, date, venue, city, province, category, contact details, images and public event information may be reviewed by BuyMyTicket and displayed publicly if approved.

Do not submit private information that you do not want displayed publicly.
